Hot on the heels of being named 'Young Chef of the Year' at the 2016 Brighton & Hove Food and Drink Awards, Curry Leaf Cafe's Roman Mikulica is hosting a one-off supperclub at our new Kemptown Kitchen in Upper St James's Street on Thursday 9th February.
The evening will feature a five-course menu of seasonal dishes inspired by Roman's time working under Curry Leaf Cafe's executive chef Kanthi Thamma in Brighton, plus his travels around Europe – including his homeland, The Czech Republic.
